After graduating with honors from the University of Oregon in 1996 I was off to see the world. The more I traveled the more I realized how awesome Oregon truly is. I will continue to travel but I am here in Portland for good.

Buying and selling properties has been an everyday part of my life for as long as I can remember: my mother is still wheeling and dealing down in Eugene, where my sister is licensed as well. My grandpa-in-law was a Realtor here in Portland also. Needless to say the talk around the dinner table has always been all about homes.

I have also remodeled a number of homes. Talking a house literally down to the studs and back out again has given me keen insight into what kind of remodel projects are plausible and cost-effective. When I show you a home I will be tuning into the condition of a number of operating sysytems: the siding, roof, foundation, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, framing, etc. I am acutely aware of what makes a home function. Not a bad thing considering so many homes in Portland are 100 years old!

When I'm not hard at work then I will be hard at play with friends. As an avid outdoorsman I could be anywhere from the coast to the Cascades making the most of Oregon's amazing mountains, rivers, deserts and beaches. Stick with me and I'll clue you into some of my favorite secret spots!
